Through land-survey-company acquisitions, Krcmar’s growing collection of records has expanded the services we offer to clients. Our huge database of historic survey records includes Unwin Murphy & Esten (UME), one of the oldest surveying companies in Canada with records that date back to 1794 (the second-oldest in numbered corporations). Today, Krcmar is the largest private holder of survey records in the Greater Toronto Area. Our clients can go online to directly access many of these files.
