The Condominium Act, requires that every Declarant (developer) must deliver a purchase a copy of the current Disclosure Statement and all material amendments hereto. It is a "book" of documents describing the condominium and setting out all of the various rights and obligations of everyone concerned, such as whether pets are permitted and what you can and cannot do in your unit. It also contains the proposed Declaration, bylaws, rules, insurance trust agreement, management agreement, budget statement etc.
